At our core, The Arc, Ocean County Chapter values respect and inclusion for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our community. We are a person first agency and help chart the path for our participants to follow their dreams both personally and professionally.

We take pride in offering a wide array of programs and services to meet the growing needs of the population we serve at The Arc. We provide housing, job training, employment services, transition services, transportation, advocacy, respite, support coordination, counseling, behavioral and medical supports, and recreation and wellness activities for individuals to live a full and productive life.
